You are visiting a neighbour who is back from hospital after quite a serious operation. He's
the type who doesn't like to be ill and won't admit to being ill and is talking of going back to
work within the week. You don’t want to upset or worry him, but you do want him to stay at
home and rest a little longer. You say:

What does your doctor say about going back to work?

If you don't feel like going back to the office, than don't do so.

What's the matter? Haven't you got a doctor's report to cover the whole period?

You're looking just fine; but wouldn't it be sensible to take things easy just a little longer?
