Until all the regional reports have come in, there is no point in holding a general meeting of
the directors. So the one already planned must be postponed You send a note round to
everyone saying:

Please remember to bring all regional reports to the general meeting.

The general meeting has been put off as several of the regional reports haven't arrived.

A general meeting will be held to discuss the regional reports which have so far been submitted.

Since so many regional reports have been completed we can hold a general meeting to discuss
them.

A majority of the regional reports are in favour of holding a general meeting to discuss regional
problems.
