You've just returned from a shopping trip,
when you realise that you've lost your
bag. You're in a complete panic as there
are many important things inside it. You
try phoning the last shop you were in to
see if you left it in the changing room
there. When the manageress tells you
that they have got it, you say with a sigh
of relief:

Oh, that's annoying. I'll have to come
back into town to fetch it.

Everything had better still be in that bag,
or there'll be trouble.

Thank goodness, it's still there. I was
afraid I'd never see it again.

You must have known it was my bag.
Why didn't you call me?

Thanks so much for calling. I hadn't even
realised that I'd lost it.
