Your nephew has been offered several different jobs by various companies. He can’t make
up his mind about which one to accept. So he comes to you for advice. You happen to know
one of the companies well and feel sure it has a lot to offer. You say:

I don’t know much about other companies but this one will give you excellent training and some
useful benefits.

As far as I’m concerned all the offers seem to be desirable. You can choose any of them.

With one exception, I feel they can all be recommended.

I don’t think I’m in a position to advise you on all of the offers. But this one I know should be
avoided.

I suggest you take the one that seems to offer better benefits.
